Architectural Control Commitee (“ACC”)

The ACC oversees development in the subdivision to preserve property values and amenities and maintain the prestige of the community at large.

Exterior home projects. Projects need advance approval. You can click on links below or pick up forms and guidelines at the Clubhouse office. Please try to get your requests in a few weeks ahead of project start date. Common exterior projects include:

  Exterior painting of home

  Deck Extension
  New windows

  Hot tubs

Violation letter. Violation letters are not sent out by the Clubhouse office, but are generated by the ACC either in response to seeing something or from another homeowner calling in a complaint. The types of violations most common are:

  Dogs barking or off-leash
  Vehicles parked on lawn

  Trash or other debris stored in view of road
  Political or other signs (only “for rent” or “for sale” allowed)

If you observe serious violations such as derelict properties, junk vehicles or other junk stored at properties, you can contact the Municipality directly:
