Clean up your property and dump at the clubhouse big dumpster. Two big roll-offs are available for Bayshore residents. No hazardous waste, please. FREE

Trick or Treat in the Heat!

Sunday, September 11, 2022, 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

TOTITH is a neighborhood-wide early Halloween celebration that is fun for kids who trick or treat but also raises money to help children’s charities. Children’s wristbands are $12 and used for going door-to-door for treats. No charge for parents or chaperones.

Thursday, October 27, 2022, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Come out for game booths for kids to participate with parents. Volunteers needed; families can man a booth together for maximum fun.

Holiday Craft Bazaar

Bayshore Clubhouse is hosting a Fall Bazaar featuring gifts, collectibles, and crafts. Guests will get an early start on Holiday shopping! Admission is free and it is open to the public.

Enjoy hotdogs, potato salad, chips

6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. for families / Extended hours

Pool, billiards, and exercise room open
Adult homeowners must be present with family even if teens are 18 and over.

7:00 p.m. – Midnight / NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY!!!

Dress up for annual homeowner New Year’s Party!
Anyone under 21 must be with adult homeowner
Food will be provided – delicious appetizers

Meet Bayshore’s Black Bear!

Z    Keep trash inside until morning
Z    Use bear-resistant trash containers
Z    Freeze fish until garbage day
Z    Store pet food inside
Z    Take down all bird feeders during the summer
Z    MOA penalty for negligent feeding: $310

Bayshore has a beautiful black bear that started getting into trash a number of years ago. This mainly occurred on Wednesday evenings when some neighbors put out their trash the night before pick-up.

Please help keep our bear wild. DO NOT put out trash early!
