General Manager
Jameika is from Alaska and loves the outdoors, especially hiking, and is excited to enjoy the Bayshore trails. She is truly excited to work with the community and continue making Bayshore even better. With her strong background in financial management and business operations, she will be a great asset to the BOA team. She welcomes residents to stop by the clubhouse with any questions or to connect.

From Fort Worth, Texas, Nate earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and lives with his wife in Anchorage. Nate brings strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach that will make him a great asset to the BOA Events team.

Alex Raynor

Facility and Grounds Manager
Since his hiring in early 2025, Alex Raynor has been serving the Bayshore neighborhood with care and attention. Alex grew up in the Bayshore community and brings a personal connection and over a decade of maintenance experience to his work. Inside the Clubhouse and in our shared walking paths and parks in the neighborhood, Alex helps keep our amenities safe, well-maintained, and accessible for homeowners. Bayshore Early Learning Center

Quality Early Learning in Anchorage

The BELC is a highly regarded childcare and early education program located inside the clubhouse. Alongside the curriculum, children also benefit from access to outdoor green spaces and recreational facilities, making BELC a unique blend of education and community engagement.
