The Board has the primary responsibility of establishing corporate policy and managing the operation and affairs of the Association.
The Board’s objectives include the following:
To safeguard, maintain, and preserve all association property;
To promote services and programs which enhance the quality of life for the owners in the Association;
To maintain the market values of real property within the Association boundaries by controlling the physical condition of all real properties within the Association; and
To maintain homeowner dues at an equitable and reasonable rate based on services provided.
